Shipping policy

Royal Mail 48
We use Royal Mail 48 with delivery confirmation, so we can see if you've received your items. We will sometimes use Evri as well for larger items.

Tracking Number
You'll receive a tracking number so you can check your shipment.

Expedited Delivery
If you need your order faster, we can do that! We have expedited delivery and special delivery choices on checkout.

International Delivery
Delivery in Europe exclusive of the UK is a flat fee of £10 per shipment (subject to amendment if the item is large or heavy). Our international rate exclusive of Europe and the UK is £17.50 (subject to amendment if the item is large or heavy). We may reserve the right to upcharge items going to the USA because we are now responsible for paying import fees via new tariff policies by executive order.
